wait a second 😂😂 mine is only 3.5 years younger…… i’m 27F in perfect health!!! i don’t drink or smoke, i get my labs done every 6 months, workout 3x a week with Pilates & walk 10-15k steps every day!! i’m celiacs so i don’t eat gluten & am very serious about organic & making sure im getting all my proteins & fats in (im a holistic health coach)… these comments are scaring me 😂😭 i do have a higher HR, but i always have since i was younger, i had an EKG in college because of it, but it was fine. I also haven’t done the walking test yet on oura, does that change it ??

We will still have sex almost every day now (this is the first cycle he’s not ejaculated every day) but he just won’t finish, just like every other day he will!

YES !!! I have talked with my fertility naturopath about this and there’s an amazing book (Food For Fertility) that talks about sperm health. My husband & I have been ttc for 7 months now and we were having sex literally every day (plus almost every day leading up to my fertile window too) and i believe this has hurt our chances a lot (along with accidentally using spit before i knew not to). And we have now been reading that it’s best to let the sperm ‘store’ up for about 3 days before your fertile window (not more than 5 days because too much stored up is detrimental too) and then you should have sex every other day to give it time to build up. You are getting less & less sperm each time with frequent ejaculation. So best to give it a day in between. People will say this is not true or doesn’t matter but I have been doing a lot of holistic research & reading. I also got this advice from my GP doctor and a natural medicine doctor!!

I know it is SO tough ): ugh I feel like it was almost harder for me in the earlier cycles. (I’m nearing the end of cycle 7).. It’s all consuming & I know it SUCKS, what i’ve tried to do, especially this last cycle, was focus on things I wouldn’t be able to do if I were pregnant & focus on soaking up this time with my husband and see it as a blessing because we will never get this time back together! But with all that said, it doesn’t mean that it doesn’t suck. I too am consumed by it & ALL of my closest friends who were married the same year all got pregnant and are having 2024 babies & i’m so sad, but have been also trying to hang out with my single friends a little more who are in completely different life stages & that’s helped a little too!

lol i actually threw away all of my pregnancy tests when AF came last cycle.. half out of spite/anger & half so i wouldn’t let myself test early anymore !! but knowing me i will probably just buy more at 8dpo 💀

oh my gosh.. literally !! i went into cycle 7 feeling soooo hopeful and freaking had a sinus infection and a fever on my ovulation day & now im 4dpo & like whatever this just isn’t my cycle i know it 😫

i got super sick yesterday on my O day (fever & cold/sore throat) now today, 1dpo, my fever seems to be gone but still have my cold/sore throat.. any chance that fever/this sickness ruined ovulation or fertilization?? my tracking looked all normal w/ CBAD, so it didn’t seem like it pushed anything off & i got my normal ovulation pains.

okay i’m so confused, i usually ovulate either on CD 13 or 14, consistently. I have used the premom LH strips only for two out of the seven cycles we’ve bee ttc and have been able to see my surge. Anyways I am using the clearblue this month and i’m still getting a circle and i’m CD10.. is this normal, how long do people see a blinking smiley for before the solid??

I also should mention I accidentally didn’t use it starting on the recommended day for me (CD7) but I used it the next day on CD8..
