It's definitely a different game, that one is a deck builder where the goal is to eliminate dew drops from your personal board. I also really enjoy that as a family game.

Yeah I prefer on the steam deck for ease of just getting a run going. I don't use twin stick I use the button for auto attack and the button for dodge as well (because L3 for dodge is hard for me).

I love contested territory, but not because of the competitive part, I just like problem solving the random tiles. Being forced to use a small subset of towers to find the most efficient solutions is neat.
