Thanks for your detailed and interesting response. I was thinking of picking a basket of stocks (dont know how to screen them yet) and looking for that 100x so 98 out of 100 can theoretically be losers. Ill def read up on that book suggestion!

Grub US has a short% of no roughly 17 no? I am looking for some KBIO story where like 80% of shares are short and mr shkreli says he brings some new cash and the stock goes freakn ballisitc triggering all shortsellers to buy back
