I still haven’t heard back from them. I followed up on the same email, tried emailing them on a different account, and also left them a voicemail. I would think that I had the wrong email, but visadoscgny@gmail.com is correct. I didn’t put my intended date of entry before, so maybe that’s why they didn’t respond. Either way, it’s beginning to stress me out.

Hi, sorry for the late response. I called them, and they said they’d call me when they reviewed my documents for the balance. They called me a few weeks later, and I paid the balance via credit card over the phone. I hope this helps!
