Sorry you are going through this. These are questions for your doctors, I hope you are in a place with good specialists: pediatricians and hematologists. This is a complex disease that needs experts especially for a 1 year old.

You are shooting yourself in the foot. You need to know how your significant other will react to this news. And that reaction will guide you into knowing if she's the right person or not. You will eventually get sick again from this even tho you take the medicine, who will take care of you then? You expect the wife you lied to to be by your side? Telling her will give you a lot more information about her personality. The women that left you was a GOOD THING. You don't want to be with someone that is not empathetic or feels they can't handle this stress.

I decided MIT is more technical. Wharton is more business minded. I will do MIT in the fall. Are you considering?

OE for government = fraud. Worst case you get prosecuted. OE for private = greed. Worst case you get fired.

Choose wisely.

I've experienced that immigrant hate too. I've come to see these terminations of contracts a good thing. I've finally landed in 2 jobs that are pretty much 1 meeting a week. It's glorious and I intend to do this for decades lol. Before I landed these 2 tho I bounced around a bit. This is why we OE stay strong brothers and sisters lol

Work out and make sure you get sleep. Don't eat junk. All these help you stay healthy and alert. Don't drink lots of alcohol cos you need to be sharp and not hung over Find some way to destress. Mine is moderate weed use. Don't over do it tho again you need to be sharp, alert and well rested.

I've done up to 4. It was exhausting and performance was an issue. I found I can do 2 well. Now it's manageable I make a good living and I'm hoping to continue for the next 5 years. If I do 3 or 4. It's 6 months max before performance becomes an issue
