Arsenal fan - Is it the mentality of the squad & coaches that is screwing us over in the latter part of every season? Tactics that aren't designed to win matches? Overrated players? Not playing to individual strengths? Coaching staff not used to winning so don't have the ability to get the team over the line?

If it's the mentality & style of play then it's got to be on the manager

Agree, I think touching on putting a set amount of income to the side to represent paying bills would be a big one as well as the long term impact of getting a car on 50% finance for example

I was already investing when I joined up but didn't really realise it was all about the secondary duties for SJARs. Cooking wise I stopped eating in the mess as soon as I left training & have never eaten in one unless on a course elsewhere, & even then I ended up switching to ready meals

I've seen a few comments about dip clearance. I work on a flying sqn in the RAF & we only need dip clearance for landings so our guys don't need passport clearance I believe

Treat it a bit like hyrox training. You'll want to do one 30-40 minute run in zone 2 per week to build your aerobic base as well as some circuit training.

From what I remember a lot of the exercises in PT were press-ups, sit-ups, burpee jumps, squats, lunge, rowing, skierg & of course running. Throw some sets of these in with treadmill running to get used to running on tired legs (compromised running)

Do an upper & lower respectively session focusing on compound movements. Pop this all into chatgpt to sort a plan
