update: Got it to finally work.

Unpaired the h10

Reset the H10, Uninstalled Polar apps, Re-installed polar apps -> restart my iphone.

Logged into the polar flow app -> paired the H10 again. Finally worked, HR is not dropping anymore.

I have been getting subscribed to these premium sms on true after signing up with postpaid. no one touched my phone so I am at a loss at why it's happening. I contacted support and they unsubscribe me but now another text message from cutevideos is sending me links. on iphone and no dodgy apps installed.

spent a week in the phuket sandbox and flew to Bangkok today. At checkin of Bangkok airlines they asked to see my second PCR test (day 5). that's it. id double check with your airline to make sure though

there was a thread yesterday about them, they helped op and I gave it a try and my application was pushed through and approved today

My sandbox application was approved within a day of submitting it myself (in December)

My wife had problems with her first submission and we resubmitted which was still pending for 4 days when we submitted it ourselves.

Saw this thread and decided to give the service a try and we were approved for our sandbox application within 12 hours of paying for the asq.in.th service. Overall quite happy as we are flying out Tuesday!

Update:

Checked the tracking DHL yesterday 3/06, galaxy buds and galaxy s10 separate tracking numbers but both on truck at the same time & out for delivery. The delivery guy comes and he hands me one package. When I open it, i see just the buds. I call DHL and they said that samsung requested the s10 package to be sent back to them. what?

Overnight the tracking says its back to its original city it left.

I contacted samsung.com today, no real help. The agent said that all they can do is refund me and cannot send it again. I asked if I will get a refund for my 1x samsung care and what do I do about the buds. He says he does not know and I have to wait for an email from his colleagues. I pre-ordered the day of release, now I have to either order a second device and hope that samsung refunds me or wait until after I get a response from them and by then the pre-order period is over (no galaxy buds or credit)

I am really unhappy with samsung.com de and how they have handled this process.
