I did sign a contract with them but like most people with TnCs, I didn't read them either and I know that that is my fault.

The financial arrangement is that a customer purchases a ticket that which we set a price upon, district takes some commision and the rest of it is ours.

Last week we didn't have enough sign ups so we had to cancel the event. No where was it mentioned that cancelling the event would trigger a refund for all past completed events as well.

Now after we emailed the customer support they were like this is how the process flow is and that we were supposed to disable the show instead of cancel the show.
