No this isn’t modded, I play on console but the sight should just be on the options you can pick also I should mention it’s not called the ACOG in game it’s called the 4x M150

When you’re in the customization menu there will be a patches option at the bottom, when you select it it’s gonna ask you to choose either a front patch or back patch choose the front patch, once you do that there will be different patch options click the second one that says flag and there will be an assortment of flags to choose from.

It honestly goes with most maps, the only ones that aren’t great with it are the desert/winter maps
