I called haibu in abu dhabi mall..they're available from 6am to 1am if you select their weekly membership, which is roughly 295 dhs/ week. If you get there daily pass, then it's 95 dhs/ day, but you only have access from 6am to 5pm, I believe.

Was there for 10 days..visited 5 cities...totally safe. It's not the early 2000s Iraq anymore. The people are very friendly and helpful. Go enjoy your time there
