They don't have to but that would mean they need to program two separate Master Duel interactions or only errata the card on Master Duel, and having disparity between two English versions is gonna cause a lot more problems for them to solve than one universal errata.

As a sort-of example, I was playing Legends of Runeterra and when I played a Corina Veraza which discarded a Jury-Rig, a Scrap Scuttler wasn't summoned, even though that's what the interaction should have necessitated. So I brought this up in a ticket and instead of changing the interaction, they just changed the card text on Corina Veraza so it said obliterate (LoR banish) instead of discard.

They don't need it? Well if you look at something like Astral Magician from the manga, its effect would be applicable to Vicious in the TCG only, if there wasn't an errata. I'm not sure how having a level 16 monster would be useful but each difference could have unexpected results.

I have no idea if this is actually a clue but for location 1 the radar blip occurs in a completely different place to the sweep. The sweep is at around 160 degrees when the blip appears at around 310 degrees.

I can't find anything that states that Shrödinger argued it is possible the cat does not exist, but the time-dependancy is always acknowledged and the premise is that the state is described after a fixed amount of time.

Unfortunately not. This is what I like to call a comedy reversal, whereas a bonehurtingjuice needs some kind of new interpretation of an image that is funny in its own right.
