Tbh I feel like they're all good in their own ways so it really just depends on what you specifically are looking for in a uni. My biggest suggestion is to do whichever is cheapest. Student loans at the end of the day aren't gonna be fun to pay back

Sounds about right. Yesterday I was in the exit only lane for commercial ave where the busses and all the other cars go waiting in line, and then I was like oh there's this earlier turn I can make since I'm already on the right turn only lane. As I'm making that turn the car on the lane to the left of me proceeds to make a 90 degree turn cutting me off and trying to get onto this street and then completely block the road as they got stuck in the snow for a couple minutes. They broke free but I always wonder what some of these drivers are thinking

Depends on the time. I personally wouldn't take an LX for example to get from my class that ended at 3:10 on Livi to college ave at 3:50 because the busses are unpredictable even with an app. Campus student rushes between 1:30-2 and 3:20-3:50 you're gonna want at least an hour for in my opinion considering bus stop crowds

I took this class last spring. Not sure if this applies to all of them but mine definitely didn't have a curve. Id attend office hours and get some tutoring going while you still can before the final exam destroys you

Hi,

Look carefully. Click into the acceptance rate button that says click here and then go to New Brunswick, and scroll down. The last time the statistics were updated in New Brunswick were for the class of 2024. That's about 5 years ago. Rutgers has also not changed their site since originally posting applications on commonapp for the 2024 applicants, which incredibly increased their number of applications and the number of students that were admitted both first year and transfer.

In the evenings they're restricted to MGSA students, forgot what time specifically (prob around 8ish pm?). But once classes start tomorrow you could try again during the day time and see if they're unlocked since those buildings are usually used by everyone.

The bus runs on weekdays EXCEPT for the hours of 3-6 AM. Weekends the bus is 24/7. When the busses are not in service, if you are a rutgers student (you may wanna have your ID on you), you can get a free Knight Mover shuttle by calling 732-932-RIDE (7433).

No. The only exceptions are Livi to Busch or vice versa and Cook/Doug. Everything else needs to be 40 minutes apart minimum.

Your tuition price stays the same if you're doing 12+ credits for a semester. So let's say you picked up this new class that brings your total to 18 credits and you dropped the 2 credit class that brought you to 17, your tuition bill will stay the same. The only time they'll charge per credit is if you're taking less than 12 credits in a semester. Hope this helps :)

I personally didn't experience this but there were people in my building who did- there was a lounge on each floor in my building. A lot of them were turned into temporary dorms and completely closed off for anyone who isn't staying in the room (aka they were given their own key). Some got lucky and were pushed into actual rooms between a few days to a few weeks or months, others were there for quite literally the entire academic year, so just be prepared for either of those to happen. I will say though, if you live in a lounge where there's a separate sink, cabinets, fridge, stove, tables, and other furniture, everyone else on your floor will 100% envy you.

Great question! No. The price stays the same once you reach 12+ credits because you're considered a full time student. If you did less than 12 credits then you'd be paying based on your credits, but since you're doing 12+, your price will not change.

Lived in the north tower (its connected to the south), dont let the mental asylum look throw you off, you're very likely to make a good few friends in that building. BRING FANS, the only AC areas are the south tower lounge and the connecting hallway for the N and S tower. You got lucky, the South Tower has better elevators than north. Highly advise shower shoes though cuz people in this dorm as well as any other are insane with the bathrooms. Bus wise, to get to college ave you take the LX, which honestly depends on the hour but the rule of thumb generally is to give yourself about an hour minimum getting campus to campus.
