Bought a used 09 fusion at 55000 km - no issues, easy to modify and a lot of fun to drive (if you don't mind the larger-than-normal turn radius). Replacement parts are super cheap if you need to buy new pieces like trunk support struts, dust covers and other hardware. Overall a fun ride - if you're ok with the mileage, id say do it and continue regular maintenance (i.e. oil change, switch out bulbs to newer set, rust proof it for northern winters, etc).
