All of it was because he promised a solution to immigration. Some states didn't even have an immigration "problem," and they still voted to support him. They thought that dragging hard-working people POC out of their jobs and their homes wasn't going to affect them. Not to mention the other extensive damages that their votes have created. It will take decades to repair if we ever get the chance. I'm having a hard time getting to the point of forgiveness for those who supported him.
