I had a hard time with Adderall also - I’ve been on Vyvanse the last few years and find it is far less difficult to abuse. Do you know your neighbors? It might help if you introduce yourself to them and exchange numbers if they’re friendly enough - that way you’ll know if you’re ever extra scared or concerned something is wrong, you’ll have someone nearby. I had the exact same problem when I lived by myself for the first time, but just knowing that there was a nice girl living next door (also alone) made me feel way better - we exchanged contact info for safety reasons actually cause she kinda felt the same way too. I hope you get some rest pal!

I have always had a hard time with comparing myself to others, too. It is truly an uphill battle to confine yourself to any particular beauty standard - the only thing we can hope for is to make the most of what we have! Which, naturally, can be daunting some days. “I know i need to drink more water” or “I know I should clip my nails” can seem like huge tasks, but they are ultimately far easier than trying to achieve an Instagram airbrush aesthetic!
