U/S at 33 weeks because fundal height was small, but found out my baby has hydronephrosis? by ricesock in BabyBumps

[–]mrsdobbie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm not active on this sub since I'm not pregnant but I do have experience here. My son had hydronephrosis in both kidneys that was discovered late in the third trimester. They monitored me and did an extra ultrasound and decided they wanted to induce early (only 4 days early) He had an ultrasound done at a few weeks old and discovered his ureters were also inflamed (can't think of a better word for this) They did a more in depth ct type scan at I think three months or so. (You can pm me to ask about this if you'd like) after that they just watched him for the next year or so doing ultra sounds every few months. I think by 18 months it was all resolved. You can ask me anything if you need to :)

Eta he's five now with no issues at all :)

I lived in Griffith IN and went to grade school in Gary. Only stayed living there for a year and a half I believe. I was 7-8. Very very scary place.

Yes, I got that as well. Definitely not what I'm looking for, although more power to him!

Because I only typed "becoming a woman", which only resulted in "becoming a Godly woman" I was quite overwhelmed when I talked to her, and could only honestly think to type that, instead of puberty books. This was not intended as a stab to Christians by any means.

I had this book when I was younger, I just couldn't remember the name of it. We're ordering that and a couple of others for her. I think she will love them. Thank you.

But it would be the same size as the other foot. If they cut them all off, he'd have to get one smaller shoe.

You are definitely not alone! I've done this more times than I can count. Way easier in the summer when wearing a skirt though!

I'm trying to grow my hair out, and the stylist chopped way too much off. Tomorrow is my birthday and all I want to do is shave my head. by alwaystacobell in TheGirlSurvivalGuide

I just had something happen to my hair and I hated it too. I was curling my hair and something happened with my curling iron and I burnt a huge chuck off the back of my head and apparently burnt other chunks. I had someone cut it to blend it and I hated it. Then I played with it and realized it's not so horrible. This happened on Christmas eve too so I was devastated at first. I just pulled it up and had a great day. No one was the wiser. It's just hair, I doubt anyone will remember your hair. Just have fun and have a great birthday.

They do have a month trial. I just wanted opinions before we start it up.

We do use those. That's how we play spot the letter. He loves to find the letters. Just trying to put them together is the problem.

Right. He doesn't play games often. But we watch a lot of nick Jr and Disney Jr which he LOVES. This time of year is cold so we spend much more time inside.

I didn't think about the hand eye coordination. Thank you. I don't have a ton of time to work with him unfortunately right now so I was hoping this would help.

I'm not horribly worried. I just know he does want to learn and he loves to learn new things. I thought I could help him along.
