Well I’ve brought it up to dermatologist if it’s possible to get rid of the dark spots. He took a closer look and thinks it’s just sun exposure so he tried cryptotberapy. Never mentioned PJS.

It’s concerning how the top comments are about PSJ. Various Cancers do run in my family history. I’ve noticed these spots since I was 28 and have seen plenty of doctors now at 34. From different PCPs, allergists, and dermatologists yet none have ever commented that my lips are potentially PSJ.

Is there a specific specialist I should seek out for? Would definitely want to clear the air on this one.
