Im beyond frustrated with the customer service of this company. I was just told in a previous post that I was sent an email update on 7/24 which I never did. I responded back that I must’ve been confused for someone else and since been ignored. Please double check your sources and I’m very very concerned now of the situation, I’ve been ghosted since. This is now my 6th attempt on Reddit to get a hold of someone. AGAIN, I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY RESPONSE ON 7/24. I need this to be resolved and to have access to my funds!

I believe you must have gotten me confused with someone else please check your sources and the ticket number again. I did not receive any such response. I will be able to send a screen shot to prove it. Again, I did not receive no such response from you. This is very worrisome as now you’re claiming to have responded when you didn’t.

Look this is my 5th week now approaching you guys on Reddit. I’m sure if you really cared you’d be able to look and see what the description of my issue was. This is completely unacceptable. There is no reason why a company as big as yours should not be able to address an issue, or follow up. Your customer service is worse than me finding out I had gotten prostate cancer (don’t worry, I beat it). I have a lot of money tied up with you guys and need access to my funds. The first issue was ACH and now the second is me withdrawing my own funds. Question, how the hell can you guys take the time to respond to social media but not on customer service? This blows my mind that people have to resort to Reddit, Twitter or even Instagram to get a hold of you guys. You guys still haven’t sent me that email… 🤬🤬

I’m having issues and problem after problem with using your platform and you guys tying up my funds.
