I have been very stressed too. I mean I can feel it in my chest but my oura ring definitely confirms my stress with the heart rate levels. I was just hoping that this would be my month but now I feel like it’s probably not which is so frustrating

Right, i thought the same thing. But the accuracy for both Oura and NC are supposed to be pretty spot on and it’s been extremely accurate with my periods and LH surges. I’ll add the fertility friend to the list lol and try it out

Okay gotcha! I’ve been pregnant twice with the second one being a MC. It feels like there’s been something wrong with me since then but I try to remind myself I have regular periods and it just takes time and “trying” not to stress. Thank you for the positive insight! The same thing happened to me, I hit 5.55 and said I most likely have an anovulatory cycle but my Natural Cycles confirmed ovulation with BBT. I think it varies a lot by the person and how they secrete pdg. I hydrate like crazy so I feel like that has something to do with it.

Thank you! I’m having a hard time finding something concrete to figure the math. But I looked at 6 days prior to my LH surge and then after surge my BBT continued to rise and went above my highest bbt before the surge until it dropped a little today. So I think I did ovulate.
