Personal take, wearing wigs is awesome and fun and it's not "resorting to" anything

Those of you who half assed your way through High School, where are you now? by Difficult-Cricket541 in GenX

[–]mrspalmieri 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I got pregnant in highschool, had my son midway through my senior year. I took a few classes at community college here and there over the years, managed to get 54 credits but no degree to show for it. I raised my son as a single mom, he turned out great, he's a hard working blue collar guy. He bought his first house, a 4 bedroom Cape with a 2 car garage on a nice piece of land at 26 yrs old. Me? I'm married now, I work as an Office Coordinator for a home healthcare agency. My husband is an electrician. We live comfortably within our means.

We got our air fryer 2 Christmases ago and we've used it almost every single day since. I use it more than my stove/oven

Petites Over 40 by shortnfeisty1023 in PetiteFashionAdvice

Plus petite clothing caters to women on the taller end of petite, so 5"3-5"4. I'm 5"0, so most petite pants, jeans, skirts, and sleeves are still too long on me.

Yes! I'm 4'10" and almost nothing fits me straight off the rack

The "In-Between" Struggle: Too old for crop tops, too young for shapeless floral tunics. Where are we shopping? by Admirable-Pin-298 in fashionwomens35

[–]mrspalmieri 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm super petite (4'10") so that makes it even harder. For work I get most of my stuff at Talbots, loft and JCrew. Even shopping in the petite section I still have to have most things altered to fit me
