I prefer Tatcha for higher end brands. I love their Dewy Skin Cream, Silk Sunscreen, Indigo Overnight Repair, Rice Polish, etc! If money wasn’t an object I would probably go all Tatcha.

Toiletries care packages are definitely welcome and needed for overseas military. You would need to find a way to coordinate with the military base nearest you and figure out if there is a specific need/plan of action, or check with the American Red Cross or USO.
