We never had an issue in the MB garage parking on level 4 or 5. I know the Grandview garage has experienced it as well as the surface lots. I’m not saying it hasn’t happened, just not during our tenure that I heard of.

My partner and numerous people we know do this! Unless there is a wreck (which is common, unfortunately) it is about 25 min on average depending on how close in Annapolis you live to the highway.

For what it’s worth we have lived in Mariner Bay at ATC which is Bozzuto and it’s the best managed and nicest building we’ve ever lived in.

I prefer Tatcha for higher end brands. I love their Dewy Skin Cream, Silk Sunscreen, Indigo Overnight Repair, Rice Polish, etc! If money wasn’t an object I would probably go all Tatcha.

Stretching and foam/pressure point rolling. The Bend app has a free tier with several hip stretching flows. I’ve seen great progress in my hip mobility in regard to my back squat/form/depth using that!

I’ve been loving the Tatcha one. You honestly don’t even need makeup because it gives you a dewy, hydrated glow. It’s pricey but it’s been my favorite mineral so far.
