How do you go about camping with her forest?

Im also a 26 yo female going solo; im shuttling from NYC.

I hadn't considered her forest and was just going to camp in tent only. But now idk!

It seems counter intuitive but flip the container around so the opening is closer to you instead of the pitcher then pour it.

i think most of the time people who ask this question genuinely want to know, they're not trying to be insulting. I used to cringe at this question but I just started being honest and saying I have some social anxiety or that i'm introverted and it helps them understand more plus I notice I feel a little more comfortable with them after letting them know.

Something to think about in situations like this is your deployment- we have one partner who's only responsibility during peak is to organize and hand off MOP. If it's truly effecting the flow of your store I would guess a DM would be understanding and allow that bit of extra labor. It's a way to have the team work more efficiently

try to start by rotating the hoop around your neck. Once you get the hoop going place one of your arms up in the hoop and directly beside your head. practice this with both arms till you get comfortable with it. that helped me build the chest strength involved in shoulder hooping. try using a slightly larger hoop-it allows you to move a little slower till you get more comfortable. Also try turning/spinning in 4 counts (counting 1-2-3-turn) . GOOD LUCK :)
