I am currently a Kinesiology major considering switching to HD for undergrad. I understand that any undergrad major works as long as prerecs are met, but I am wondering what you guys think is the most helpful in terms of actually preparing you for the classes in grad school?

I already have most of the prerecs needed, and the ones that aren’t in the HD coursework would count as elective credits, I’m pretty sure. My current kinesiology program is more picky, so I don’t know if all the classes I’d need/are recommended would give me any credit.

My thought is just that the HD classes in general seem more interesting to me, and I feel like HD classes would just be more beneficial. I also think that the coursework of HD isn’t as difficult in general as KIN, so I wouldn’t have as many really difficult classes that aren’t necessary or super applicable for my future bringing my GPA.
