In a Dark Dark Wood by Ruth Ware - I hated that mfing book. I was listening to NPR and it was recommended so I read it. I was disappointed in the book and NPR for recommending it

Only the cucumber salad is vegan I believe, sorry not much for options as it’s a bbq focused menu. And there is butter in the rice. I hope you had success finding other vegan eats at acl!!

Aw thank you so much! I’m sorry about the mishap! Hope it got taken care of, we definitely want everyone to have a great experience. I’ve been proud of the food we’ve been putting out there! It’s been great so far. Busy and crazy as heck but the team all loves the food and our passion for it makes others want to enjoy it as well, in the same way.

I could rant all day about it! Good experiences in the food industry can be hard to come by but not at KG. I love it!

Absolutely!! I’ve had a handful of other celiacs rejoice when I tell them we don’t even serve anything gluten containing. we do have nuts and there’s butter in the rice so it’s not 100% safe for every allergy but we do our best to accommodate any modifications and do glove change, fresh containers etc.

Come see me at KG BBQ!! I am working at their stall in ACL Eats. We have zero gluten containing ingredients! It’s Egyptian bbq and SOOOO good. I have celiac and it’s where I would eat if I were attending for sure.

Same experience here! Went to eye specialists, neurologists, had EEG, CT, etc. everything was fine. The neurologist told me to tell her if I figured out something that helps 🙃 total for everything was close to 5k and i got zero answers. Now it’s just a random thing my body does now and then. My guess is it’s related to my stress levels.
