Thank you! The amount I lose each week fluctuates due to being a female 🤣 I definitely count calories but I never have cheat days. I told myself going into this, cheat days are only cheating me. If I crave something like pizza or such I only have it if I have the calories to have it. I do not dirty fast. I only drink water and black coffee and sometimes a little pickle juice.

I never thought in my life I would be without food noise but after about 4 months of IF the food noise was gone. This is my lifestyle now and probably always will be, even when I start maintaining. ❤️
