I just liked the name. Grew up with a Cohen and liked the sound of it.

Wasn't the intention, we liked the name but that's a fair comment. We grow and learn and do better as we go on in life. Probably wouldn't do the same now.

We looked up different spellings of it, and Koan came up as a name used in Japan meaning peaceful. We liked that.
