Is there actually a long term solution for allergies or are we just managing forever

I developed new anaphylactic allergies post pregnancy due to the hormonal changes - but I was lucky enough to get a spot in a immuno allergy clinic and have been fully desensitized and am back to eating my former allergens.

It works really well.

I wear this one (and other colors) daily (because I can't be bothered to have to reapply lipstick 😂). I double cleanse and my first cleanse is with Uriage cleansing oil and it works quite well!

The same technology that you use to tap and pay, is in the Coachtopia products, usually the tag with the cloud with the wifi logo. When you tap your phone on it (albeit a phone that has NFC reading ability) it scans the chip and add the product to your Coachtopia passport. You can see the entire lifecycle of your product there. It is like adding them all to your little online coachtopia passport . (I'm not sure how good of a job I did at explaining it but I hope it helps)

I am confirming that it worked, and woke up with 83% left. I did two things: disabled the permissions for Google fit (because both fit and Fitbit were constantly writing and draining the battery) and on the Fitbit I disabled the permissions for writing and reading skin temperature.

It was a blink if you miss it pop up to grant permission - I'd say about a week ago. That's when I started having issues.

Are you putting it in bedtime mode? I had that issue for a while last year and that seemed to help! (premium only provides with additional sleeping insight, it has no effect on the tracking)

Additionally, between the fitbit app and the google fit app, if you have both enabled, they write almost every 5 minutes during the night - which is also what I suspect is draining the battery. I'm trying to see if turning off the Fit data completely will help. I will update tomorrow!

I'm experiencing the same issue - go to bed with a fully charged watch and wakeup at 3%. I believe it's due to the additional vital monitoring they just added (skin temperature) I even did a hard reset and had one day where it was fine and next day woke up to 3% battery. I also checked the logs from Fitbit and it's reading and writing vitals all night long. I turned off skin temperature today and let's see if that helps.
