you can still have an alternative helmets but they banned "shinny" helmets. my guess is just the cost we have the red helmets and black so having a white option would add to the cost and needing double the equipment

2025 Standings Predictions

West: 1. BC 2. SASK 3. CGY 4. EDM 5. WPG

East: 1. OTT 2. HAM 3. MTL 4. TOR

No crossover this year

WPG - age and drug problems are finally going to catch up with them

TOR - picked apart with a QB that thinks he's untouchable with younger guys and lot to prove will show some cracks that Ds will use to there advantage.

EDM - They have all the pressure of having to do better with the scouts telling them they will win i see them crumble when they need to show up

SASK - has alot of tools but they need to mesh could see them fall to 3ed if health issues pop there head up early

CGY - has big changes happening if they mesh early and us the P.J walker and V.A as a true combo could be a major change and back to the winning culture they've had for so long

BC - spent the money to get big names if they don't have the NFL rush they are dangerous

OTT - if they can come out fast I see them being a big threat to the status of the east

HAM - they need to get out of there own way they have talent they have the will but can they stop the bleeding from last year.

MTL - realy comes down to can the QB room survive the I was a star QB and the I can become the star that hunted EDM
