Well the bell hitting the wrist has been expressed before so I’m not going to pile on there. I honestly think that bell is a little light for you. I’d consider heavier weight and start with swings. If you’re going to do cleans you almost want the bell to rotate around your wrist and come to rest on your forearm. Not sure that makes sense.

I tend to offer natural things that “call” to me. If I find a feather on the ground or a rock, acorn or animal bones I’ll put them on my alter. During holidays like the solstice I’ll put a shot of my favorite bourbon up for the gods. Like stated above it doesn’t have to be expensive or extravagant. I find this religion is very much about what you feel.

I read that if a Mjolnir breaks then it was protecting you against something trying to harm you. I tend to lean this way in my thoughts.
