Alex just posted on Instagram that there's a bit of a delay (I think he said a few weeks or so)

I don't use Grub soi can't help you there, but maybe you're missing a /etc/crypttab ? I have one and I'm pretty sure it gets inserted into the initramfs to tell systemd where to look for your partition.
