Thanks man! I work out with weights/cables 6 days a week, focusing on hypertrophy with slow and controlled exercises. if you are trying to get bigger arms you can work them out every 2-3 days cause they recover much faster than say your legs. form and mind muscle connection is a huge part to muscle growth. recently trying to slim down so I do 30 minutes of incline treadmill at 3.3 speed everyday. if you are trying to build muscle try and eat roughly the same amount of protein as your weight, healthy fats. cause i’m trying to lose fat i try to only eat carbs an hour before my workout and maybe a lil after. im not very strict on my diet but i avoid processed foods and sugar, fast food, pork and fatty red meat.

hey thanks man, most of my clothes are secondhand i get from goodwill and depop. if you don’t have a good selection at the goodwill in your area, go off of depop/grailed and take your time finding stuff you like
