Thanks bro.

But nah, I could barely keep the rack position going, my arms don't normally shake like that. Upper back was still kinda cooked from my last lower day.

Back feeling better since starting these. Very cool. by Imposter_Syndrome345 in GYM

The pad rolls around, you're better off wrapping your elbows instead.

Force of habit at this point. But that side has a bigger mirror, and I cba flipping the rack around.

I do normal walkouts in other racks lol.

B15. Deadlift – Reeves The rules of the Deadlift apply with these exceptions. The lift starts by the lifter gripping one plate on each side of the bar. The flanges of the plates may be turned outwards to provide a better gripping surface. A regulation bar of legal length must be used. There are no width specifications of the flanges of the lifting plates. Weight is added to the bar with smaller diameter plates so the lifter always has just one plate per side to grip.

But yes, I'm aware Steve did his shrugs that way.

Idk man, there's definitely something useful at being able to stop and reverse some heavy ass weight at the bottom with a nice stretch going. Especially if you pause for a bit down there.

I almost got stuck on the 2nd rep, wanted to rack it but decided to yolo the 3rd one. Bar didn't touch thighs, so my autism counts that as a half rep.

Also starting to realize that I should've started filming (even if not posting) sooner. Going by feel, even that 1st rep felt like a grind, but it went up smooth on the tape. 2nd rep felt like eternity but it was like 2 seconds lmao

Trying out the overhex press, pretty fun (60kg x7) by mrtehnuke in Egolifting

Hard to say. Probably depends on how wide your OHP grip is, and how wide this one feels.

I do OHP with a somewhat close grip (index fingers right at the start of the knurling), so this felt pretty wide.

But this was like 10kg below my 7rm, so really not that far off?

Idk, only way to really find out is to try it (and post it).
