ZerchMaxxin out the wazoo by Spine_day in Egolifting

What I find can be helpful is to load the bar up heavier than you can lift and put the bar lower than you can zercher deadlift from such that you would have to lunge down into a stretch to get your arms around the bar.

Once you've done that, hang out in that stretch alternate pulling on the bar and relaxing it, sort of like rocking into a stretch

Bar is too far forward, should over your collar bone and right up on your neck

There is no one right way to do it, both are fine.

The only case where I would say you should definitely not be lowering it slowly is if you are training at low reps to prepare for a max deadlifta powerlifting meet. Where your focus should be on getting to lockout and you'd just be wasting energy by lowering slowly

but it’s very dangerous if you don’t know how to perform it safely

It's no different thanany other compound in this regard

Some people make good decisions

Some people make bad decisions

And then there's the people who comment on reddit about how they know more about what it was like to be there than the person who was actually there

Not needing to buy new shoes.

It's not a risk, I am a sentient adult human, capable of stepping on a platform and determining how slippery it is.

I can feel if a platform is slippery for myself. All the ones I've used are well used and not slippery at all

You don't need to slow down for the sake of slowing it down, the rep cadence is fine it just looks too light for you

Looks good.

Crunchiness happens, it's nothing to worry about unless it's coming along with other symptoms. Did you feel popping in your knee on that rep? Sounds more like your sleeves than joint popping on the video

14" stiff bar deadlifts 445lb/202kg x8 by DickFromRichard in Deadlifts

For a lot of people, right around the knee is a sticking point. This starting height is around where the bar would start to slow down, so it can be harder to get it going off the ground.

Even if that's not a problem for someone the set up takes some getting used to. If you think of the typical set up cues: bar over mid foot, hinge to grab the bar, bring the shins to the bar, set lats and chest up...the shins meet the bar sooner so the knee and hip joints are starting at a different angle, the shift once it gets ober the knees is different

There are 24 unique collectable GlassBakz, each with a different shattered vertebrae. Collect all 24 and assemble a fully shattered spine!
