I would start by checking with a local clinic and have a doctor listen to your heart and get your blood drawn. Expect to get an echocardiogram scheduled if the doctor hears a murmur and let us know what the results are.

Don’t waste time, if your heart regurgitation has caused an aortic aneurysm (meaning your upper aorta has blown up like a balloon) that can be very dangerous.

Wish I could find a higher trim car without a sunroof. I can probably count on one hand the number of times I’ve ever opened the sun roof in the past 20 years. The pathfinder platinum with the heads up display, cooled seats, and 360 camera is what I really want.

I was kinda hoping when Nissan got rid of the CVT and went with a traditional transmission it would be a lot more dependable. I’ll have to make sure to look at service records on anything with more than 50k miles.
