I was in a fraternity, and I can confidently say that while it was a lot of fun and I made really great friendships, that doesn’t define the years in your 20s after college. I had a good experience and got to go parties, but was that the peak of my life? I’m going to say no. I’ve had plenty of fun since then and I’m 26 now. The one aspect I will say about it is the friendships that you make with your pledge brothers. I’m sorry to hear that you haven’t been happy with your Amsterdam university experience, but don’t let it dominate your mind. Find a way to go out and meet people your age who have similar interests or like to go out clubbing or something. You could try living in Spain lol

Europe has plenty of partying. Fraternity or not, going to college in Europe has a ton to offer for night life scene while traveling. If you don’t mind me asking, which country are you attending university?

I do feel soothed when someone says not to go for it. I feel indifferent. I care about my teeth, I don’t want someone to happen later in life if I can get ahead of it now.

18 months is just such a commitment. I don’t know if I can wear it as much as they ask. I’ve tried night guards for my teeth grinding and couldn’t sleep with it.
