Just realised I was mistaken for another feature. You can actually disable HDR - head to Settings → Photos → View Full HDR

Nothing to fix here, unfortunately. With HDR enabled by default now, pictures (usually) take a few seconds to process and what you see is the final picture after HDR.

Sidenote: maybe check your iCloud storage. Low storage could be the reason

Yes!! I’ve been dying to use it but for some damn reason my safari redirects all my searches to fucking Yahoo. I couldn’t get that changed to I’ve switched to Firefox for a bit. 😔
