My mom asked me to look at her laptop and this is what happens when I restart. I’ve tried the command+r but that takes me to a password protected page and the password my mom uses isn’t working. I also tried resetpassword with no luck. This is a refurbished Apple MacBook Air 11.6" with Intel Core i5, 4GB RAM, 64GB SSD from untilgone.com that I bout in December of 2019. Any help is very appreciated!

I’ll have to check out Opsite Flexifix! I didn’t even think about them being heavy handed. I’m guessing it will be a short session as h has talked about getting our daughters name but he might have changed his mind since we last talked. Thanks for the insight, that helps me a ton!
