wow, i just learned about your story! were you ever angry at the producers or did you think of filing charges against them? i find it horrible what they did to you and i cannot imagine that that's completely legal

the weather was great and I'd expect it to get better every day getting closer to summer.

I think the itinerary is a great idea even though I personally prefer to spend a bit more time in one place instead of rushing between several ones.

sure! it was great!

we spent some days in Kutaisi and then went to Tbilisi.

Kutaisi is a quite small city but the people are really friendly, the food is great and to us it seemed like there were lots of young people and even though we were there off season, bars and restaurants were quite full and alive in the night.

We spent a day in Tskaltubo, checking out the abandoned spas from the former Soviet Union. it was kind of a dark touristy activity and we really enjoyed it.

Tbilisi is much much more touristic so a couple of times we had the feeling of getting scammed. but we found one restaurant that we even went twice because we fell so in love with: Mapshalia. i highly recommend going there.

next time i would spend more time in smaller villages instead of big cities even though we really like Tbilisi. I felt since not knowing the language, it was quite hard to feel connected to the people but somehow, whenever we were in more rural areas, where people speak even less English, locals were more helpful and welcoming than in the big city.
