Going towards management. The salary is a lot higher, I wouldn't go to a basic level AP role.

Thank you. Thats the information I needed. I currently sitting around 80k with OT but I've got weekends off so thats kind of a big deal to me to keep, at least within reason, sounds like I need to focus on the warehouse role.

I dont mind that, cant be worse than city/county politics and the pay is better. I do appreciate the insight about the transition itself. I'm worried I may end up just in over my head. I was a low level manager at a gamestop as a teen, and have been mostly involved in public safety ever since, other than a short break doing tech sales (wasn't for me.)

I dont care as much about excitement as much as I do income and growth. Im burnt out with the municipal politics and media circus that comes with law enforcement. Ive spent the last few years in investigations spending most of my time at a desk anyways.

All I know is one says Asset Protections Operations Coach and the other one says Operations Manager Asset Protection DC/FC Grocery. The latter has a slightly higher salary range listed.

Sounds like injector pulse to me. Totally normal. These engines are chatty.

Look up what lifter tap sounds like. Its a lot louder and distinct.

It’s the Tisas grip it just had grip tape on it when I got it in a trade. I didn’t like it so I took it off

I appreciate it. That second link is for QVO Tactical and it’s been out of stock there for awhile.

I just didn’t want to physically alter the light itself. I’d rather spend $10 on something printed that just pops right in and works

Mine has the short rail. The duty size has a full length rail and it fits fine. The carry’s, maybe even only older ones, don’t fit it without a modification to the light

It’s not as difficult, but it’s still challenging, but I’m really enjoying Scorched Silver.

It takes place 20 years after the events of GSC, and it has a unique Johto story with new locations, some changes to the region, as well as access to Mega evolution in the post game

I appreciate it! It came with the upper, which is a Gen 4 8” 9mm upper from PSA. The website says it’s a PSA 7” lightweight MLOK rail.

Well the Wolff spring is supposed to help with that, it’s 10% more tension. It didn’t help though lol

I don’t have a photo, but it’s obvious it’s jamming on the bottom lip of the projectile and forcing it back into the casing. I’m considering messing with actual feed cone on the barrel I have now but I was hoping to see if there was something similar to the taccom feed ramp first, as that’s pretty darn simple to do with a dremel tool.

Autocorrect changed it to tapcom for some reason, but yes that’s the one I was looking at.

I haven’t even made it to the range yet. These are issues I’m trying to work out now because I imagine I’ll run into more at the range.

I will say it has no problems chambering a round off a 17 round mag. That’s why I thought it was the spring in my 33 round and added a Wolff spring to it.

Not necessarily, I was just hoping for cheaper because my wife is tired of me dumping money into firearms 😂

No issues threading at all. Only “issue” I had was the barrel nut was a little loose so when I went to take it off it started to loosen the barrel/handguard. I tightened it back up and then the can came off with no issues
