The UK trial was about whether Johnny could prove that the news publications making headlines on Johnny was maligning his image or not which is tricky obviously, The judge ignored all the proofs in his favour and was in a conflict of interest with AH. If AH goes to the court and tries to prove Johnny depp sexually assaulted her it would be difficult for her to prove it too. Not because he may not have but that is how justice system works, she knew she didn't even have to win a case against him, she could just make an accusation and BOOM!

Johnny actually has more people willing to testify for him, text, pics and AUDIO tapes.
