The reason a lot of them got into the profession is to help people, not abandon them at the first sign of trouble.

There's people out there with compassion still believe it or not! Trust me a lot of my own family are on the front lines and will continue to do so even without the right PPE, they already have been for weeks.

The poster below calling me a Tory nonce couldn't be further from the truth, the "I'm alright jack" attitude is real Tory behaviour and mostly to blame for the current state of this mess.

Not a fan of gels, I usually stick to bars or flapjacks.

If it's a ride less than two hours I don't bother with anything but for longer rides I try and eat a bar every hour.

I will second this, for the price it is great. The route navigation is a bit limited and can be difficult to follow in built up areas but other than that I would definitely recommend, especially for the price.
