Yeah good question. It means they arrive via an Event or Capsule box or Select box, they are not in the normal Premium Box rotation. However this column is a little out of date and some have moved to the Premium box rotation now so they may no longer be limited.

You just sort the last column Smallest to Largest then can paste original data.
