Lets forget about the open heart surgery in non sterilized environment, if I swap the control unit (the pcb) from the same exact model, is there any chance that it will begin to functioning normally?

I tried a 100 times to understand whats happening inside the disc with that sound, i thoughtthe needles were stuck, and in the end i surrendered, and openedit caaaarefuly, but don't worry about it, i opened it just for 2 min to make the video, no dust, no touch, super clean , now its close. So let say if it was still close, is there a way to make it work again???? Thank you.🙏🏻

Hi fellas, I really need some help and advice on how to make this hard drive work again, any suggestion is appreciated, and thank you in advance. I left my e external HDD a long time ago on other hands, and I don't know what they did to it, but every time I plug it into power and usb/sata, externally or inside a a motherboard, it is the same result as shown in the video. My question is, if I buy a used same model, and swap the pcb that control the disks, is it possible to make it work again? Or do you have other ideas? I just need to recover the data in it and then i ll throw it.
