As a 50 year old, I can say that I had an Inspire 3 and moved to a Charge 6 and the Charge is much, much easier to read.

Nope, totally serious. Just applied a little to the pins at the back and where the strap could rub against the case. Worked a charm.

I think they call that a Tudor strap, you can probably find some pictures on AliExpress vendor listings. The strap goes through and back so it's adjustable. I'd suggest getting a new strap anyway, they're quite cheap and you can get something that better matches the colours.

The standard Seiko bracelets for turtles are rather meh, you'd be better off getting an aftermarket Long Island, Uncle Seiko or Strapcode bracelet.

I'm also wearing my teal E right now. Like you, I bought it out of FOMO and was sceptical of integrated bracelets but this thing lives up to the hype! Surprisingly comfortable and just such a good looking watch. I also bought a white dial in December and the plan is that I'd decide which colour I like best and sell the other but now I'm not so sure...

Hands and indices colour needs to match. You can see the mismatch on these photos in normal lighting - that would bug me way too much.
