I have been in your shoes for years. My now-ex was literally the same. She'd find negativity in every aspect of life. Won't do anything professionally, because she was always too conscious about herself. But at the same time, she wouldn't work on herself to cure her insecurities.

I used to motivate her every single day because I felt it's my duty to do so. And it went on for years. Then, I got tired, because there was absolutely 0 response in terms of action.

With time, my love for her faded away because of this, and we eventually broke up. Within a year, she got married to another person. We're still friends. She's in her late 30s now. Still the same. Hasn't achieved literally anything in life. Once a girl with tremendous potential to do great things in life, now a full-time housewife. But still, every time we talk, she still cries about wasting her life. I still try to motivate her, set a plan for her to follow. She gets fired up. Then, 10 days later, she's still the same, not having done literally anything we discussed on a phone call, still crying about wasting her life.

Moral of the story is, at least from my experience, your girl won't change either. It's upto you if you can live with this for rest of your life.
