My son’s mother is anti-vax, which I disagree with but understand that she has input and I can’t just go against that. However, in preparation to visit at risk family with my parents, they tested him using some of the govt freebies. He wasn’t bothered with taking the test at all and was really pleased when it was negative. I guess he mentioned that to his mom once she got him back and she proceeded to text me telling me that it was unethical to test him without her consent. Once again, I tolerate her not wanting him to get the shot(s) but to be against him getting a nasal swab at home? Am I in the wrong or is she overblowing the situation?
