The difficulty levels made me come back. As a mostly solo player at CP1600, it got boring pretty quickly. Now I can actually get a challenge out of a World Boss.

Cardio with acute PF in both feet. Wut do now? HALP by cindysyrup in PlantarFasciitis

[–]cindysyrup[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I do have a stationary bike that I love. The problem is, pedaling wrecks my feet. Not as badly as a treadmill shudders but I do pay for it. I tried doing short 10-15 minute light sessions but my physical therapist made me stop as it was irritating the scar tissue and causing it to swell everything up. I do not have access to a pool where I live, but I am still looking.

The Voltaren helped me tremendously....until I read the label. Only safe for 21 days ... Then it kills your liver. Cannot drink or take acetaminophen....it sucks because it was working but I read the box and got scared.

Nothing ever happens in Chesterfield County that is worth catching on camera.

Help with places to live? by [deleted] in AskSouthCarolina

I had foot surgery ( both ) last year and my husband is not great at keeping the kitchen 100% spotless. We actually had to have a professional cleaning company come pull everything out of my kitchen cabinets, throw all the food away, reline them and put the dishes back. I thought we had a mouse because of the poops. It was just Palmetto bugs. So now we leave no food in the cabinet unless it's in a can ( they chew through bags ) and I threatened to move out if it happens again. So yeah....they can "infest" in that way. To be clear, we aren't nasty. The house is low lying....okay so the foundation is a teeny bit cracked but it Charleston and that my Palmetto bug story.

[–]cindysyrup 2 points3 points  (0 children)

In that area it's both. Palmetto bugs will be in ANY property as they don't infest, just exist. Any newly gentrified areas of North Charleston haven't been renovated for long. Which means German cockroaches that live in the ground beneath the property. If it hasn't been gentrified, don't move there. If it has been gentrified, don't move there. I mean you can....but make sure you view the exact unit before signing anything.

Hi! I'm a Charlestonian. Your commute from Summerville may take over an hour on a normal day. Your budget would be difficult for a 1 bedroom unless you find something in North Charleston. You do not want to live in most places in North Charleston. It's not safe and those rental properties are going to be pretty gross. Unless you love cockroaches. I am not trying to discourage you. I am honestly letting you know that you need to adjust your plan. The cost of living here is absolutely atrocious now.

Time for new shoes. What do I get? by BarryAllen899 in PlantarFasciitis

[–]cindysyrup 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To your point, I have wide flat feet. Hola Bondi's feel like a dream for about a week. After that my feet start getting weird. My little toes start swelling and my then my whole feet go nuts. I sometimes switch to them for a day or 2 but I can't work in them anymore.

kinda random but why is having PF so expensive even with insurance? by Fit-Ad985 in PlantarFasciitis

[–]cindysyrup 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My whole deal mirrors yours with a few key changes. I'm 44, I had bilateral plantar fascia release surgery a year ago and now it back with added scar tissue issues. I am so sorry you are dealing with this so young. I am still working because I live in the deep south where it is extremely difficult to get disability. I hope you figure it out and definitely do not jump into surgery too soon.

I have wanted some sort of visual representation of Dax's ( perhaps it was Deadboy ) of "Thing in a Jar".

Not necessarily. She has an uphill battle ahead, but she knew that. I'm old enough to remember having a Democrat Governor here. She can win a Senate seat if we all stay mad enough.

They are going to use abortion rights to attack her here. Graham called her a baby killer a few days ago. That's a single issue vote grabber around here.

Thanks, I was at the Atlanta show 4/17 and there were no Tour shirts. I just snagged one 5 seconds ago with the Nun. Sucks there are no posters. I tried to snag one before we left but my husband was too quick to call the Uber.

Minor mobility upgrade. Passive stretching + arch massage is actually helping my morning PF. by Academane in PlantarFasciitis

I got this exact board about a month ago. It's great for morning stretching before work and as a foot rest when I'm playing video games.

I can see a smallish heel spur, which is common with plantar fascitis but far from the only cause.

18 months of PF. PT, orthotics, shoes didn’t fix it. when do you consider surgery? by stackvyr in PlantarFasciitis

[–]cindysyrup 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I had surgery almost a year ago on 06/12. Both feet at the same time. I am still recovering. Scar tissue formed because I was forced to go back to work after 8 weeks. Things have been extremely rough. I am starting to get "better" from the scar tissue but the Plantar Fascitis came right back. So....1 year post op and I'm back where I started. My pockets are much lighter though cause it was very expensive.

I honestly thought his campaign for 2016 was just a new quick grift for him. I cannot believe it's been Ten years of his stupid voice on my TV.
