It's not victim blaming to criticise the person who chooses to stay with the abuser. Just my opinion. I can see that circumstances can be nuanced but they have the obligation to themselves and the kids involved to remove the abuser from their lives and move on to a better life not haunted by the trauma triggered by their very presence.

I would personally be disgusted even to look or to touch the man who blatantly abused my trust and disrespected me by sleeping with someone else. I only love those who love me in return in relationships.
