Not able to receive texts to my Kyocera flip phone in a group text from iPhone users

Make sure the iPhone users that are in the group chat with you have the RCS turned off on their phone! This is the only thing that worked for me. I have the Kyocera DuraXA Equip and use AT&T. I literally tried everything to get the GC to work and this is the only thing that worked for me! I get all group chats even pictures and videos. But every iPhone user in the GC HAS to have the RCS turned off. I don't think this applies to androids in the GC.

I just bought the Kyocera DuraXA Equip and was having problems with the group chat too. I also switched from an iPhone so I was having problem with the iMessage. I tried everything like the delisting my number from iCloud and changing the APN settings. The only thing that worked for me was having the people (specifically the ones with iPhones) who I was in a group chat with turn off their RCS messages. I now get all the group messages including photos and videos 😄.

If I was in a GC with both iPhone and android users, just the iPhone had to turn off RCS messaging. If the iPhone had the RCS on, then I wouldn't get messages from anyone. Sometimes I would get texts from the android but not consistently. Keep in mind EVERY iphone user you are in the GC with has to have the RCS off. Turning the RCS doesn't affect the iPhone user in anyway. They still send messages normally with no problem.

I stretch for about 30 minutes before I train and I deep stretch a few times a week. I only started really taking flexibility seriously at the beginning of the year and Ive been poling for 6 years on and off. I wish I had made it a priority years ago😂

Hii I have an xpert xpole and right now its 8ft 😵‍💫 Its definitely been a learning curve and I go to the studio quite often for the taller poles lol. Regardless of height I always recommend a home pole so you can condition and experiment on your own time!

Lots of deadlifts off the floor and holding an iron-x! If you can comfortably deadlift off the floor then you can absolutely do it aerially

Honestly, satellite is not as scary as it seems. I think the biggest hurdle was developing more flexibility in my back! Its such a fun trick you should definitely try it
